As standard practice, Jordan School District typically declares a 2 year rental moratorium on new school fields. This is done to allow the field to become established, making for a longer life span and wise investment. Currently, we have not rented the field to anyone.
The school student body has an immediate need to use the field as soon as the school opens for operation. This creates a certain amount of impact automatically. Not allowing rentals during these first years, decreases the overall impact, thus increasing the chances of healthy lawn for years to come.
