Applications for next years French Dual Immersion program will be available January 2012. Following is the time line for those upcoming first graders wishing to participate:

On the left hand side bar Click on Dual Language Immersion
Under How are students chosen for dual language programs? Click on District Dual French Immersion Application
Thursday, March 15, 2012 6:30 p.m. - A Parent Information Meeting will be held in the Media Center to explain the program, commitments, and to answer any questions.
Monday, April 16th @ 4:00 p.m. - Application deadline.
Priority for student placement will be as follows:
- Boundary students up to 27 students in each class. If there are more boundary students requesting placement then space available, a lottery drawing will take place until all spaces are filled.
- Out of Boundary students until classes are full. If there are more out of boundary students requesting placement then seats available a lottery drawing will take place until classes are filled.
- A waiting list with students not being placed will be made. Priority on this list will be a lottery for those who turned in the application before the deadline. Those applying after the application deadline will be placed on the waiting list in order of when the application is submitted.
