The West Jordan Police Department would like to remind everyone to please take your personal safety seriously. During this time of year when you are travelling to school during pre-dawn hours, please be extra cautious when crossing roadways or walking along busy streets. Please be sure to use crosswalks, traffic lights, and other traffic safety features whenever possible. Wear light colored or reflective clothing. Never run in front of a moving vehicle even if you think you can make it. Never assume a vehicle can see you. The life you save may be your own.
