School Communicy Council Meeting

There will be a School Community Council Meeting (SCC) on Thursday, November 17, 2011.  It will be held in the Media Center from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.  The Agenda is as follows:

·      Nathan Francis chair has resigned – Elect new chair

·      Kristen Clegg as co-chair – Elect new co-chair if needed

·      Fox Hollow Education fund of $707.50 – determine how to use these funds.

·      Flyer for the Community Council.  Suggestions for flyer included stating what the Community Council is and how it works.

·      Schedule for Community Council Meetings is as follows:

o January 19^th

o March 15^th

o May 17^th

All meetings will be held at 6:30pm in the Media Center.

·      Possible Fundraisers for field trips and for classroom games
